Stand in-front of a plyo box or stable bench. Stating with feet grounded, bend at the knees and explode to jump up onto the box. Lift toes as you jump and ensure you land with flat feet on the box. Stand fully before stepping back down.

Start in a standing position. Hold hands on your hips and engage your core. Stand on one leg, raising the other knees as high as possible. Bend to jump up to gain as much height as possible making sure to pick your toes up as you elevate and to land quickly before jumping again.

Hold two DBs either side of your body. Bend down into a full squat making sure to keep your chest lifted. Push through the floor to explode upwards to gain as much height as possible. Land with control in an athletic position making sure to make contact with the ground with your whole foot.
