    Front Squats DB

    Hold two DBs on your shoulders making sure to keep elbows high. Feet hip width apart. Keep core engaged. Squat below parallel and keep knees pushing away from each other. Heels stay on the floor.

    Feet slightly wider than hip with apart. Look down and hinge hips backwards whilst keeping back flat. Pick up DBs from the floor and keeping them close to your legs, push the floor away to pick the DBs up to hip height. Hinge back to the floor to complete the rep.
