Our personalised training options are a great way for you to get ahead of the game and improve your performance on the court. We work closely with you to find out your goals and provide programmes to help you to excel your game beyond what you thought possible.
Our 1:1 and group training sessions (also available online), Personalised Training Programmes and Strength and Conditioning Programmes allow you to work individually with a coach to help perfect your strength, movement, speed and technical understanding of the game. They can also be used to help you to gain confidence on court after injury or time out.
All of our sessions and programmes are personalised to the athlete’s needs and goals and provide a great opportunity for athletes to receive feedback on their performance.
