Slowly step off the box with one leg and allow your body weight to fall off the box until you land on the floor with both feet at the same time.As your feet touch the floor, immediately bound forward and land. Make sure to bend your knees slightly as you land in an athletic position.

As your feet touch the floor, immediately bond forward and land on one foot. Make sure to bend your knees slightly as you land in an athletic position.
