Strength and Conditioning Training is the key to athletic success as it allows players to develop strength, speed and power to better prepare your body for the pressures of the game and in turn help you to avoid injury and excel your performance.
NET offer 1:1, group, club and school Strength and Conditioning training both in person and online to help support your development in the sport as well as designing programmes for you to follow at home.
Our specific Strength and Conditioning Programmes focus on developing players all-round athletic performance specific to the game and are available for both individuals and clubs.
Individual Strength and Conditioning Programmes
Each 4-week programme is designed to help you build strength, speed and power specific to the game and can be completed at home, in training or in a gym space. Programmes can also be adapted to be suitable with and without equipment.

Team and Club Strength and Conditioning
Enrolling your club or team in a strength and conditioning programme will help them to improve their overall athletic abilities on the court, ensuring that they are all performing to the best of their ability.
Our group programmes are designed to support your players through their own training and can be completed solo or as a team.
