JENNI MONGER
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Jenni has been coaching for 15 years, is a UKCC Level 3 Coach and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. She started her journey as a youth coach at her netball club and since then has progressed to coaching a number of clubs and elite level athletes.
Jenni is the Head Coach for LDN Mavericks U19 NPL Squad, Performance Coach at the University of Hertfordshire and has previously worked as Director of Netball at an Independent school in North London.
Jenni has had success with a number of clubs and universities, coaching them through BUCS divisions and advancing clubs from local league to the East Region division.
“To me, coaching is all about athlete development. I want to be part of the journey to success and help athletes to reach their full potential. Excelling on the court is more than just attending training sessions, it’s about the extra work and commitment you put in outside of match-play. I set up Netball Excellence Training because I wanted to give young athletes an opportunity to focus on their own performance and tools and knowledge they need to excel. By working on the key ‘FAB’ principles alongside regular Strength and Conditioning training, I believe that an athlete can continue to excel and improve their game no matter the stage of their journey. There is no limit to performance.”
As well as coaching, Jenni is passionate about playing the game and you can find her in defensive playing in the England Netball Premiership 1 Leagu for her club based in London.
