One Week to Pass Strong – FREE Training Plan

We are back with another FREE training plan to help you to improve your game and this time it’s all about helping you to get those bullet passes!

Ball and wall practice is great, but if you really want to get that ball to the other end of the court in one second flat you need to be scheduling in some time with the weights to really help to develop the strength and power in your muscles.

By introducing specify strength straining and plyometric training into your weekly programme, you will be able t develop the fast twitch fibres in your muscles (helping you to contract quicker) and develop your muscle strength and power (helping you to get height).
