The NET EXCEL programme is designed to help club netball players to improve their Fundamental Skills, Speed, Agility and Fitness so that they can level up their performance in the off season in preparation for trials and tournaments over the summer period. 

The programme runs in-line with the NET ACADEMY standard meaning that players can be expected to be challenged, questioned and developed in each session to help them to learn, train and perform as athletes so that they can reach the next level of their game, be outstanding on the court and be confident entering trials, training environments and competitions with their clubs and schools.

Our training sessions take part on outside courts and are developed by Level Two, Saracen’s Mavericks Futures and former NPL and County Coach Jenni, the programme aims to give your daughter the extra support she will need to improve and excel her fundamentals skills and fitness through footwork, agility and ball-work practices as well as a fully developed strength and conditioning aspect to the programme to help prevent injury.

Payment The programme is focused on fundamental development therefore it is important that athletes can attend the 10 weeks of the training therefore there is only one sign up option at this time. Please be aware of the dates for training listed in the description. Players will not be refunded for any missed sessions within the 10 week training block. In-Line with the Academy The NET EXCEL programme runs in-line with the NET Academy standards and expectations and serves as a platform to develop skills to be able to perform within the academy environment in September should athletes wish to continue their journey with NET.
