Sienna Rushton Becomes NET Training Partner
I’ve been teasing it all month, but I can finally announce that we have Sienna Rushton on board as our new training partner on the NET membership.
Rushton currently plays in the VNSL for Leeds Rhinos and was one of their rising starts in the 2020-2021 season, impressing everyone after she stepped up to the challenge of being their starting shooter midway through. As well as playing for Rhinos, Rushton is a Senior Netball Europe Champion, has toured New Zealand and Australia with Roses U19 and U21 and wore her first England dress at the age of just 14.
We are so excited to have Sienna on board so that she can share her knowledge and talent with the NET community. Look out on the membership site for her training videos where she shares some incredible tips for shooters including technique, movement and even mindset pointers.
“I am so excited to be working with NET because it offers such a good programme and insight into the game but also because it is important that we don’t just play netball but take time to work on our S and C and study the game off the court to help us to become the best players possible. You need to be all-rounded to make it to the top and that’s what the NET membership does!”
